User data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest. Media files including images, audio tracks, and podcast episodes are stored on Supabase Storage. We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will remove your personal information and content from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes even after account deletion.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict processing of your information by contacting us directly. If you are a resident of the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Somana is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers promptly.
